Batch Summary report

The Batch Summary report includes two tables and a header section, the Phase, and Amount vs. Actual tables. The header displays the specifics of the batch, such as:

The Phase table displays a list of the units used for a specified batch. It lists the Unit Name, Phase, Start and End times, and the Duration of each phase, and includes Operation Sequences from both
FactoryTalk Batch
and
SequenceManager
events. The Amount vs. Actual table displays the Recipe Name along with the Recipe amount, the Actual amount used, and the Deviation from the recipe amount. If a measurement can be fractional, the decimal places round to three places.
Expand the Units in the Phase table to view the phases. Expand each phase to see the phase details.
EA Batch Summary Report
  • The version of the FactoryTalk Batch report provides the following information:
    • When the report was last modified.
    • The version of the report that is currently installed.
    • If a custom report is based on a particular version of a report, it shows which version of the report was used.

This report features filters for the following:
Filter name
Description
Start Time
Filters based on start time. Select NULL to filter from the beginning of collected time.
End Time
Filters based on end time. Select NULL to filter to the end of collected time.
Batch ID Filter
Accepts search criteria in the form of a
Batch Name
. Use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard character.
Process Cell
Filters based on the process cell name or controller serial number.
Recipe Name
Filters based on the recipe name or the sequence name.
Unit Name
Filters based on the unit name or the sequence unit ID.
Unique ID
Specifies which records display in the report.
A
Show All Levels
option expands all items in the Phase table such as operations and phases in the generated report.
