Windows menu
Some commands shown below are only available under certain circumstances. If a command listed does not appear on your menu and no other reason is given, it means you do not have security rights to perform that function. You need to configure security for FactoryTalk AssetCentre.
Command | Description |

Floating | Detaches the Asset View window so it floats separately from the FactoryTalk AssetCentre window. The Asset View window must be active for this command to be available. |
Docked | Attaches the Asset View window to the left side of the FactoryTalk AssetCentre window. The Asset View window must be active for this command to be available. |
Auto Hide | Turns auto-hide on and off. Auto-hide minimizes the Asset View to a tab along the left edge of the FactoryTalk AssetCentre window. When you hold the pointer over the Asset View tab, it expands. When you hold the pointer over the Workspace Pane, the Asset View minimizes again. Once you have clicked within the Asset View, you will have to click within the Workspace Pane for the Asset View to automatically collapse again. |
Hide | Closes the Asset View. To show the Asset View again, select View > Assets or press F7 . |
Close All Windows | Closes all open tabs in the Workspace Pane. |
