View menu

Some commands shown below are only available under certain circumstances. If a command listed does not appear on your menu and no other reason is given, it means you do not have security rights to perform that function. You need to configure security for FactoryTalk AssetCentre.

Layout
Split Horizontally:
Splits the pane with the Asset View so that the Asset View is above the Asset Catalog.
Split Vertically:
Splits the pane with the Asset View so that the Asset View and Asset Catalog are side by side.
Toolbars
Main:
Shows or hides the main toolbar.
Status Bar
Shows or hides the status bar.
Address Book
Opens the
Address Book
tab in the Workspace Pane.
Agent Groups
Opens the
Agent Groups
tab in the
Workspace
Pane.
Archive
Opens the
Archive
tab in the Workspace Pane.
Assets Lifecycle
Opens the
Assets Lifecycle
tab in the Workspace Pane.
Logs
Opens the
Logs
tab in the Workspace
Pane.
Schedules
Opens the
Schedules
tab in the Workspace Pane.
Searches
Opens the
Searches
tab in the Workspace Pane.
Arrange By
This menu is only visible when the
Searches
tab or
Schedules
tab is active. Select a column heading to sort the list of searches or schedules by that column. This has the same function as clicking a column heading on the
Searches
or
Schedules
tab.
Columns
This menu is only visible when the
Searches
tab or
Schedules
tab is active. Select a column heading to show or hide that column on the
Searches
or
Schedules
tab.
The
Active
and
Name
columns cannot be hidden and are therefore never available on this list.
Filter By selected asset
This command is only visible when the
Schedules
tab is active. Filters the list of schedules to show only those items that involve the currently selected asset in the Asset View.
Show Filter Row
Shows or hides the filter row on the
Searches
or
Schedules
tab. This command only appears when the
Searches
or
Schedules
tab is active.
Assets
Shows the Asset View if it has been closed.
