The following table shows the commands on the
Tools
menu.Command | Description |

Options | Shows the Options dialog box in which you can specify some overall settings regarding the display and action of the FactoryTalk AssetCentre desktop client on this computer. For example, set the refresh rate for the Logs tab or specify a software program that the Archive component should use to open files with a certain extension. |
Archive Cleanup Wizard | Opens the Archive Cleanup Wizard that allows you to remove old versions of files from Archive to free up disk space. |
Log Cleanup Wizard | Starts the Log Cleanup Wizard which you can use to decrease the size of the database. |
Management of Change Admin | Opens the Management of Change Admin website which you can use to configure the Management of Change settings. |
