View diagnostic messages

You can use the
FactoryTalk Diagnostics Viewer
to view diagnostic messages.
To run the Diagnostics Viewer
  1. Select
    Start > Rockwell Software > FactoryTalk Administration Console
    to open the FactoryTalk Administration Console.
  2. From the
    Tools
    menu, choose
    FactoryTalk Diagnostics > Viewer
    .
    TIP:
    You can also run the
    Diagnostics Viewer
     from the
    Windows Start
     menu:
    Start > Rockwell Software > Diagnostics Viewer
    .
