Items in Condition - Status dialog box

Items in the dialog box:
  • Operator
    Select the operator with which to filter the search results:
    Equal To
     or
    Not Equal To
    .
  • Compare With Value
    Select the log record status to which you want to apply the operator:
    • Not Set
      The default status indicating that no user has set a status for the log record.
    • Open
      The issue requires further action.
    • Closed
      The issue has been fixed and verified.
    • FollowUp
      The issue has been attended to, but requires additional follow-up.
    • Deferred
      Any action on this issue should be postponed.
    • Ignore
      Do not attend to this issue.
