Items in New Search Wizard: Timing Properties dialog box
If you choose to run a scheduled search, you need to configure the following settings.
Start Time
Click the drop-down arrow to select the desired start time to perform the search. To create a start time that does not begin on the hour or half hour, type the time in the field. Be sure to type
AM
or PM
after a time you enter manually.Recurrence Pattern
Select how often you want the search to run:
- HourlySpecify the interval at which the search will run in hours and minutes.
- DailySpecify the interval at which the search will run in days (for example, every day or every three days).
- WeeklySelect the interval in weeks to run the search, and then select the desired days on which the search should be run. To save time, you canSelect All Days. To clear all days and select just those that you want,Deselect All Daysfirst. If you clickDeselect All Daysand do not select any days, the search will not run.
- MonthlySet theDayof the month on which to run the search. You can specify a specific date (like the 15th of every month) or a certain day of the week (like the last Friday of every month).
Maximum Runtime
Select or enter the maximum time the search should run in hours and minutes. If the search does not complete within that time, the search fails. If failures appear in your FactoryTalk AssetCentre Event Log, you may need to increase the number of agents to perform scheduled searches.
