Items on Diagnostics and Health Log Item dialog box

Items on the dialog box include:
  • Change Entries
    A viewable history of status changes and comments added to the Diagnostics and Health Log record.
  • Selected Change Entry Comment
    The full comment entered for the selected change entry.
  • Status
    • Not Set
      The default status indicating that no user has set a status for the log record.
    • Open
      The issue requires further action.
    • Closed
      The issue has been fixed and verified.
    • FollowUp
      The issue has been attended to, but requires additional follow-up.
    • Deferred
      Any action on this issue should be postponed.
    • Ignore
      Do not attend to this issue.
  • Set New Status
    Click to set the selected status and save it in the database. The
    Comment
    dialog box will appear for you to complete the field below.
  • Add New Comment
    Enter a new comment for the Diagnostics and Health Log record.
