Specify addressing information for Allen-Bradley SLC 500 Controller

If you are connected to the control network, follow the steps below to select the device and automatically fill in most fields in this dialog box. If you are not connected, you need to fill in the fields manually.
To specify the addressing information
  1. Click anywhere in the
    Addressing Info
     field and then click browse_button_small. Use the
    Selecting Device for Asset Type
     dialog box to browse the network for the Allen-Bradley SLC 500 controller that you want to add. When you have found the desired controller, select it and click
    Select
    .
  2. Complete the remaining fields.
