Items in New Label dialog box

Items in the dialog box include:
  • Allow reuse of existing labels
    Enable the use of a label that has been applied to a previous version of the same file.
  • Recursively label files and subfolders
    Simultaneously label all files, and files in subfolders, of the device of container. This option is only available when you select a device or container in the asset tree; it is not available if you select a file.
  • Label
    Type a maximum 40-character description for the file.
  • Comments
    Enter an optional comment explaining the label. The maximum length for a comment is 2,500 characters.
