About the Agent Group Creation and Agent Assignment pane

Use this pane to manage agent group and agent computer assignments.
  • AgentGroup_addgroup
    Add Agent Group
    Click to add an agent group.
  • AgentGroup_addcomputer
    Add Agent Computer
    Click to add an agent computer.
  • Delete_button
    Delete
    Click to delete an agent group or agent computer.
  • Properties_button
    Properties
    Click to modify properties of an agent group or agent computer.
  • Tree View
    View the current agent groups and agent computer assignment. By default, there is one System Default agent group, which cannot be renamed or deleted.

  • Agent computer status
    server The agent computer is online and in idle state.
    server_time The agent computer is online and has task running on it.
    server_error The agent computer is offline.
