Change commission date

Commission date is the date on which an equipment, facility, or plant (which is installed, complete, or near completion) is tested to verify if it functions according to its design objectives or specifications. You can change the commission date in the Asset Inventory result by editing the
Commission Date
 field.
To change the commission date
  1. On the
    Devices
     tab in the
    FactoryTalk AssetCentre Inventory Viewer
     window, select the dropdown arrow dropdown arrow in the
    Commission Date
     column.
  2. Browse the calendar and select the date as needed.
    TIP:
    The Asset Inventory undo button is only available when changes are made to the commission date field. If you want to clear the changes made to additional information, select the Asset Inventory undo button.
