Condition - File Name dialog

How do I open the New Condition - File Name dialog?
  1. On
    Searches
    , select the search, whose data source is
    Archive Check In & Check Out Status
    .
  2. Select
    Detailed settings > Conditions
    .
  3. Select
    New condition
    .
  4. Select
    File Name
     from the
    Column
     list.
Use the
New Condition - File Name
 dialog to create or modify a condition that searches for log records generated with a specific file name.
