Condition - Current State dialog

How do I open the New Condition - Current State dialog?
  1. On
    Searches
    , select the search, whose data source is
    Archive Check In & Check Out Status
    .
  2. Select
    Detailed settings > Conditions
    .
  3. Select
    New condition
    .
  4. Select
    Current State
     from the
    Column
     list.
Use the
New Condition - Current State
 dialog to create or modify a condition that searches log records for a specific action (such as
Checked Out
 or
Initiated Check-in Workflow
) that has been performed.
