Column headings on Searches

Indicates whether the scheduled search is active. The active scheduled search will run at the scheduled time.

Shows the scheduled search status: Waiting To Run, Running, Stopping, and Disabled.

Shows the search name that must be unique.

Shows the description of the search definition. This column is not shown by default. To show this column, hover over any column heading, select , and then select to configure the columns to show.

Shows the last time the scheduled search ran. If the scheduled search has not run previously, the box is empty.

Shows the next time that a scheduled search will run. If the scheduled search is inactive, this box is empty.

Shows the recipients who will receive notifications when the search completes.

Shows the schedule to run the search. It shows the frequency and maximum runtime.

Starts or stops the search.
