Unpin file or binder versions

Unpin a file or binder so that the others can get the latest version of the file or binder.
Prerequisites
  • To unpin file or binder versions, you must have the
    Pin
    permission.
To unpin a file or binder version
  1. On
    Assets
    , expand the asset tree, and then select the file or binder with the version to unpin.
  2. Select the
    History
     or
    Labels
     tab, and then select the version.
  3. Select the
    Remove Pin
    button.
  4. Complete the
    Remove Pin
     dialog.
    The maximum length of a comment is 2500 characters.
  5. Select
    OK
