Remove labels

When removing a label, you must know the exact name of the label and note the correct spelling. Labels are not case-sensitive.
Prerequisites
  • To remove labels, you must have the
    Label
    permission.
To remove labels
  1. On
    Assets
    , expand the asset tree, and then select the file or binder, or asset containing the file or binder, from which you want to remove the label
    .
  2. Select the
    History
    or
    Labels
    tab, and then select the version.
  3. Select the
    Remove Label
     button.
  4. Complete the
    Remove Label
     dialog.
    The maximum length of a comment is 2500 characters.
  5. Select
    OK
    .
    The label removal is recorded on the
    History
    tab.
