Change program class

Use the
Properties
 panel to change the program class between Safety and Standard.
  1. On the explorer, from the System Icon
    System
     view, the Execution Icon
    Execution
     view, or the Library icon
    Library
    , select a program.
  2. On the
    Properties
     pane, select the
    Class
     list, and then select
    Standard
     or
    Safety
     as needed.
    TIP: If the program is inherited from a Smart Object definition, the
    Class
     property in the Smart Object instance is read-only. Change the class in the Smart Object definition instead.
  3. In
    Change program class
    , select
    Change
    .
