View device fault and warning codes

For certain supported devices, when status monitoring is enabled and a device is in fault or warning state, a code appears next to the device indicating the cause of the fault or warning. To get more details on the issue, look up the fault or warning code in the user manual for the device.
  1. On the explorer bar, select Devices Icon
    Devices
    .
  2. Select
    IntelliCENTER
    .
  3. In the
    IntelliCENTER
     explorer, expand the tree until the device in fault or warning state is visible, and then hover over the device to display the tooltip and view the code.
    TIP: To view fault and warning codes from
    Elevation
     view, double-click on the lineup and then hover over the unit with the fault or warning to view the tooltip and view the code.
    TIP: To view fault and warning codes from the unit profile, right-click the unit and select
    Unit Profile
    . The devices and the status of each appears. If available, the fault or warning code provides a link to the manual for the unit.
