Prevent interaction with a trend chart

ViewRTFullTrendPause or
Resume
ViewRTFullTrendResumeButton,
Pan Forward
 ViewRTFullTrendPanForward, and
Pan Back
 ViewRTFullTrendPanBack buttons appear on a trend chart by default. To interact with a trend chart on the HMI device, press the buttons or tab to them and press Enter on an external keyboard. Hide the buttons to prevent interaction with the trend chart on the HMI device.
To prevent interaction with a trend chart
  1. Select the trend chart on the screen.
  2. In the
    Properties
    window, select the
    Properties
    tab.
  3. Expand the
    Appearance
    category.
  4. Clear the
    ShowButtons
    box to hide the buttons on the trend chart on the HMI device. Select the box to show the buttons.
    TIP:
    Tips:
    • Clearing the
      ShowButtons
      box does not depict any changes in
      View Designer
      . The buttons do not show on the HMI device.
    • To have the trend chart not accept touch or key input even when buttons show on the trend chart, clear the
      Enable
      box.
