Add Device to Controller

In

Devices

explorer, right-click the backplane and select

Add device...

In the

Assign devices to

dialog, under

Category filter

, select the category of the device you want to add. In this example, we are adding two I/O modules.

Select the devices from the list, and under

Devices to assign

, choose the number of each device to add to the chassis.

Select

Continue

.

Under

Pending to configure

, enter the device name and slot number.

Select

Finish

to add the devices.

The devices appear in the

Devices

explorer.
