User-defined trusts
If you have configured to log on to your Historian module using the FactoryTalk Historian ME Local Security credentials (see Configure how to log on to the module), you will need to configure trusts for:
- Transferring data from FactoryTalk Historian ME to FactoryTalk Historian SE.The trust configuration is performed on FactoryTalk Historian SE.For details, see Create trusts for the data transfer.For other data transfer prerequisites, see Data transfer prerequisites.
- Using data from FactoryTalk Historian ME in FactoryTalk Historian clients.The trust configuration is performed on FactoryTalk Historian ME.For details, see Create trusts for FactoryTalk Historian clients.
If you have configured to log on to your Historian module using the Configure how to log on to the module, the authorization is handled by FactoryTalk Security.
