Managing user roles and access
    Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) identifies the access permissions to capabilities based on roles.
Access to capabilities in FactoryTalk Design Studio is based on the user's role. The three roles are:
        
- Guest
- Engineer
- Administrator
Access the User Management console from the Help menu on the top right of the user interface  .

.Refer to the table for a list of capabilities and the access permission based on the role.

     IMPORTANT: 
    
The role assigned to you in FactoryTalk Hub determines whether you can be an
          Administrator in 
FactoryTalk Design Studio
. Within your FactoryTalk Hub
          organization, you must have either the admin role assigned at the organization level, or
          at the FactoryTalk Design Studio
 service level, in order to be recognized as an
          administrator in FactoryTalk Design Studio
. You cannot modify this role from the
            FactoryTalk Design Studio
          User Management
