Push Buttons & Signaling Devices

Push buttons and signaling devices include a broad spectrum of operators. We offer push buttons, toggle switches, pendant stations, indicator lights, assembled operator stations, and operator station enclosures. Our audible and visual signaling devices include horns, loudspeakers, beacons, strobes, panel light bars and tower stack lights. They help to reduce downtime by signaling breakdowns and material shortages as well as alert operators of hazards.

30 mm Operators

Our 30 mm operators include push buttons, E-stops, selector switches, pilot lights, specialty operators, and assembled stations. We have the accessories and back-of-panel components you need to build your push button including contact blocks, guards, legend plates, and more.

800F Back-of-Panel Components

Our 22 mm Back-of Panel Components include a rotating collar that allows for easy one-hand latch removal. You can combine any back-of-panel component with any operator. We also offer back-of-panel accessories including wrenches, screws, stab terminals, quick disconnects and threaded reset rods.

Emergency Stop Devices

Our Emergency Stop Devices include enabling switches and cable pull switches. Our Lifeline™ series includes cable emergency-stop switches and cable actuated emergency-stop switches.

Grip Enabling Switches

Grip Switches can be used as part of the conditions required to allow safe working inside a machine guard. They are lightweight and ergonomically designed for easy use. The standard model includes two independent three-position switches which are actuated by squeezing the trigger. Additional models are available with an optional jog button or dual channel e-stop button.

Cable Pull Switches

Our Cable Pull Switches have a steel wire rope connected to latching pull switches. When you pull on the rope in any direction at any point along its length, you will trip the switch to stop the machine power.

800K Piezoelectric Push Buttons

Our Bulletin 800K Piezoelectric Push Buttons are available in 22.5 and 30.5 mm sizes. These push buttons use a potted piezoelectric circuit in an SAE grade 316 stainless-steel body to achieve an IP69K rating. The piezoelectric circuit detects pressure on the surface of the button to provide a momentary actuation signal with no moving parts.

800Z Zero-Force Touch Buttons

Our Bulletin 800Z Zero-Force Touch Buttons™ are designed for machine control systems that require the use of two hands. An interlinked sensor surface weaves two capacitive sensors in offset planes for superior product sensitivity. When you touch the surface of the switch, you initiate an output. Our buttons can detect a hand through most industrial gloves. The contour of the touch buttons easily conforms to the shape of the hand while helping prevent defeatability when two-hand control is needed.

Audible Devices include general and high-performance electronic horns, panel mount signaling alarms, and hazardous location horns and beacons.

General Purpose Electronic Horns

Bulletin 855H General Purpose Electronic Horns produce a sound output of 108 dB (A) maximum, which is suitable for most mid-range industrial and institutional, single-status signaling applications. The enhanced version produces sound output of 113 dB (A) max. Our horns have multi-tone and volume control capabilities. You can retrofit the horns directly into most machine panel cutouts or mount them into traditional 4-inch electrical backboxes.
