Troubleshooting: Pen is missing from a trend chart

In the

Pen Attributes

area on the

Pens

tab, make sure that the

Visible

property is

ON

.

On the

Pens

tab, make sure that the pen line color is not the same color as the chart's background color (set up on the

Display

tab).

On the

Pens

tab, if the

Data Point Connection

option on the

Display

tab is set to

Show Only Markers

, make sure that the pen has a marker assigned.

On the

Y-Axis

tab, check the chart range, as defined by the

Minimum / Maximum Value Options

. If the pen's data is all outside of the specified range, the pen's trend line draws at the top or bottom of the chart, where it may not be noticeable.
