Select a default language

Use the
Default Language Prompt
 dialog box to select a default language for the application. Language switching works correctly only when a default language is specified. The
Default Language Prompt
opens when you open an
RSView SE
 4.00 application that supports more than one language.
If you open an
RSView SE
 4.00 application that supports only one language, that language becomes the default language and this dialog box is not displayed. If you open an
RSView SE
application from a version earlier than 4.00, the language you select to open the application in becomes the default language and this dialog box is not displayed.
The language that is displayed in the dialog box is the language that you selected to open the application in. The drop down list displays all of the languages supported by the application.
To select a default language for the application:
  1. Scroll through the drop-down list of languages supported by the application until you find the one that is to be the default language for the application, and select it.
  2. Click
    OK
