Delete an object

You can use the Delete
option under Edit
menu to delete an object from your display. Unlike the Cut
command, Delete
does not use the clipboard. You need to use Undo
to reverse an accidental deletion.

To remove an object from a graphic display:

In a graphic display, click the object to select it.

Click Edit
> Delete
, or right-click the object to open the context menu and click Delete
.

TIP:

If nothing is selected, Delete is not available.
