Edit a time and date variable

Use the
Time and Date Variable
 dialog box to edit a time and date variable for a text field.
To edit a time and date variable:
  1. Double-click the time and date variable syntax in the text box where it has been inserted, or right-click it and then click
    Edit Variable
    .
  2. In the
    Time and Date Variable
     dialog box, make the required changes and click
    OK
    .
