Reduce the display magnification

The
Zoom Out
option on the
View
menu reduces the magnification of the display. This gives you an overview of the objects in the display. You can also specify the size with a controlled size.
To reduce the magnification of a display:
  1. In
    FactoryTalk View Studio
    , in the
    Graphics
    editor, select
    View
    >
    Zoom Out
    .
To reduce the magnification of a display a controlled amount:
  1. In
    FactoryTalk View Studio
    , in the
    Graphics
    editor, right-click anywhere in the display and select
    Display Settings
    .
  2. In the
    Display Settings
    dialog box, in the
    Properties
    tab, under
    Size
    , select
    Specify Size in Pixels
    .
  3. Type the size and click
    OK
    .
  4. In the
    Graphics
    editor, in the editing window, drag the sides of the display to reduce the size as required.
  5. Right-click anywhere in the display and select
    Zoom to Fit
    . The display is resized maintaining its aspect ratio, or relative sizes and positions of the objects in the display.
    TIP:
    Cancel Zoom
    returns the display to its original size.
    If the
    Size
    property is set to
    Use Current Size
    ,
    Zoom to Fit
    behaves the same as
    Cancel Zoom
    .
