Backing up the HMI server failed

Backing up the HMI server might have failed for the following reasons:
  • The destination computer, or hard disk might have run out of disk space.
    Solution:
    Check the disk space available on the hard disk or mapped drive and then try backing up again.
  • If you are backing up an HMI server to a remote location, such as a mapped network drive, your computer might have lost its network connection.
    Solution:
    Check your computer's network connection, and then try backing up the HMI server again.
  • If you are backing up to a remote drive, ensure you have Write access to the folder where you are saving the backup.
