Construct a PointMax I/O System
The PointMax I/O system contains the components pictured below.

Item | Component Name | Description |

 | Adapter | The adapter transfers data between the I/O module and the
controller. |
 | Removable Terminal Block (RTB) | The RTB contain terminals to terminate wiring for field devices.
Also it has interfaces to establish the connection between the
RTB and the I/O module. |
 | I/O module | The I/O module contains the Sensor Actuator (SA) or field power
interface and circuitry needed to perform specific functions
related to your application. |
 | Mounting Base (MB) | The MB contains mechanical and electrical interfaces to establish
the connection between I/O module and the backplane. |
 | End cap | It is a dust protection cap for the last module in a rack. |
