Information displayed in the Logs view

Select the
Logs
 icon logs_unselected in the view menu to display a list of all machines or a list of machines in a group.
TIP: To prevent log files from growing too large,
FactoryTalk
 Updater saves events for four months and then discards them.
This table describes the columns of information listed in the Logs view.
Column
Description
Provider
The source of the logged message or event, usually the server or a client device.
Time
The time and date the event occurred.
Message
A description of the event, including recommended or required action.
