Restore project files from the memory card

Use the
Memory Card
 configuration page to restore L20E controller programs and function files from unexpected data loss caused by a power outage or controller fault.
Prerequisites
  • The memory card that stores the project is detected.
  • The controller is in
    Remote program
     mode.
To restore project files from the memory card
  1. In
    Project Organizer
    , double-click the controller to open the controller application workspace.
  2. In the
    Controller
     tree, select
    Memory Card
    .
  3. (optional) On the
    Memory Card
     configuration page, select Include variable values upon backup or restore as needed.
  4. Select
    Restore from the memory card
    .
  5. In
    Memory Card
    , select
    Restore
    .
