Delete data log files

Use the
Delete data logs
button on the
<controller-name>: Manage data logs
page to delete data log entries.
TIP:
If you fetch the data log when the program is in
Run
mode, the performance might be compromised and it takes longer than expected.
When creating projects with the same controller name but a different data set or variables, attempting to fetch the log files on the new project might result in a mixture of files and new log files. To avoid this scenario, consider the following actions:
  • Before creating a project, fetch the data log files.
  • In the new project, delete the old log files, download the new data set and variables, and then fetch the log files.
    In
    Project Organizer
, create a unique name for the controller because the controller name determines the destination folder in the SD memory card.
