GLens (originally an offering by Knowledge Lens and now part of Kalypso, Rockwell’s digital services business) is a real-time data acquisition, monitoring and analytics suite of products for industrial emissions, effluent discharges and ambient air monitoring. GLens data acquisition system (DAS) software, server platform, and environment data logger provide a comprehensive solution for all industry environmental needs.

Product Components

GLens Client Software

Our data acquisition software integrates directly with any analyzer (make or model) using RS232/RS485/Modbus/ASCII protocols. It provides secure, encrypted data communication with the Central Server through REST-based API or MQTT protocols.

GLens Edge

Our wireless data logger eliminates the need for a personal computer in client-side data logging, transmitting data via LAN/WiFi/GPRS. The wireless data logger provides capability to integrate with any of the standard industry analyzers using RS232/RS485 interface.

GLens Mobile Application

Access up-to-the-minute platform data through our secure mobile application. Available to both industry professionals and regulators with appropriate login credentials.

GLens Central Server Platform

Our common software platform enables pollution boards to collect data from various industries using open API. It features pre-built reports, alarms and alerts that meet regulatory standards. The ad-hoc reporting module analyzes data with up to 2-second granularity and provides forecasting using Holt-Winters models.
