- You will have to register for an account. This allows you access to Rockwell’s Product Compatibility and Download Center site.
- You will then need to click the link above again to get to the downloads.
- When offered the choice of 64 bit or 32 bit, please use the version that matches your version of Office. Please note, that with version 17.00, and moving forward only 64 bit Arena will be available.
- Go to your Downloads folder on your computer and click on the executable that has been downloaded to run the Download Manager. The Arena files will be downloaded to the C:\RA folder.
- Go to the C:\RA folder and then unzip the installation files, once the files are unzipped you will go to the MediaImage folder and double-click on the AutoRun.exe file to begin the installation process. If you do not unzip the installation files, the install will not work, and you will receive errors.
