Add a Batch server

Add a Batch server to the project to support the integration of
FactoryTalk® Batch
data and Area Models.
FactoryTalk Batch Area Model contains information about the process equipment used to create batches. It includes all the equipment configured for one area of a specific physical plant. An Area Model corresponds to a single FactoryTalk Batch server. The Batch Area Model file (.axml) is used by FactoryTalk Batch Equipment Editor.
