Generate an Area Model

Use the
Generate Area Model
 menu to generate the Batch server Area Model file that supports FactoryTalk Batch.
To generate an Area Model
  1. In
    System View
     or
    Preview
    , right-click a Batch server, and then select
    Generate Area Model
    .
  2. In
    Save As
    , specify the name and location of the Area Model file, and then select
    Save
    .
  3. In the
    Documentation Generation
     dialog, select
    OK
    .
