Object Configuration Wizard

Use either of these methods to open the Object Configuration Wizard.
  • In
    Preview
    , right-click any folder under the Batch server, and then select one of the following:
    • Add New
    • Add New Data Server
    • Add New Enumeration
    • Add New Resource Class
    • Add New Tag Class
    • Add New Process Cell Class
    • Add New Unit Class
    • Add New Phase Class
    • Add New Process Cell
    • Add New Unit
    • Add New Phase
  • In
    Class View
    :
    • Right-click a Batch server, and then select
      Add New
      .
    • Right-click a Batch object, and then select
      Add New Instance
      .
Use the
Object Configuration Wizard
 to add a Data Server, Enumeration, Resource Class, Tag Class, Process Cell Class, Unit Class, Phase Class, or Process Cell to a Batch object. The
Object Configuration Wizard
 consists of two pages, the
Select a Library
 page and the
Parameters
 page.
  • The
    Select a Library
     page displays the latest revisions of library objects, grouped by category. Select
    Show All Revisions
     to display all revisions. To search for a library quickly, enter the criteria in
    Filter
    .
  • The
    Parameters
     page displays the name, description, and configuration parameters for a Batch object. Parameters may be broken up into object-specific tabs.
