Add a Batch object

Use the
Object Configuration Wizard
to add a Batch object from a predefined Batch library that resides in the registered libraries, configure its parameters, and include it in the ACM design output.
To add a Batch object
  1. Use one of the following options to open the
    Object Configuration Wizard
    .
    • In the
      Preview
      pane, right-click any folder under the Batch server, and then click
      Add New
      .
    • In the
      Class View
      pane, right-click the Batch server, and then click
      Add New
      .
  2. In
    Object Configuration Wizard
    , click the + symbol to expand the
    Batch
    category and display the Batch objects.
  3. Click the desired Batch object, and then click
    Next
    .
  4. In
    Name
    , enter a name for the Batch object.
  5. (optional) In
    Description
    , modify the descriptive text to help identify the Batch object.
  6. (optional) On the
    Parameters
    tab, adjust the parameters as needed.
  7. Click
    Finish
    .
    The Batch object appears in the
    Preview
    and
    Class View
    trees.
