Driver function calls

The following table provides a brief description and a link to each API function.

API function	Description
DTL_DRIVER_CLOSE	Closes a driver.
DTL_DRIVER_LIST	Returns a list of the drivers available.
DTL_DRIVER_LIST_EX	Adds features not available using the DTL_DRIVER_LIST function.
DTL_DRIVER_OPEN	Opens a driver.
