Add a name and phone number to an existing phone book

How do I access this dialog box?
To access the
Dialer Configuration
 windows, refer to Configure a modem dialer.
  1. From the
    Dialer Configuration dialog box,
    select the phone book, to which you want to add a new name and phone number.
  2. Select
    New > Phone Number
    .
  3. Enter a new name and phone number to be included in the phone book.
  4. Click
    OK
     to return to the
    Dialer Configuration
     dialog box. The phone book is expanded to show the new name and phone number.
