Set advanced network browse settings

To set advanced network browse settings, right-click a configured driver in
RSWho
and select
Properties
.
You can override these parameters and control the speed of browsing by setting the following:
  • Poll timeout
    is the time RSLinx Classic waits for a response from an individual device when it is polled.
  • Poll rate
    for known stations is the rate at which RSLinx Classic re-polls a device after it has responded for the first time.
  • Maximum concurrent packets to this network
    is the maximum number of requests RSLinx Classic will allow to be waiting for a response on this network at any one time as part of the browsing process.
