Back up and restore FactoryTalk Linx Gateway configuration

Starting with version 6.30.00, the

FactoryTalk Linx Gateway

configurations can be backed up and restored in FactoryTalk Administration Console or by commands. It is important to create a backup of the system configuration after any significant changes are made, to help recover system operation if a computer hardware or operating system failure occur.

The

FactoryTalk Linx Gateway

configuration contains OPC UA, MQTT, OPC DA, RTD, DDE, Linx SDK Interface, and Remote Proxy Service that must all be retained if you plan to restore the system later.
