Manually assign prompted material phase binding to a material phase step

Prompted material phase binding is the process of binding a material phase after a prompt is generated. Only those requirements defined with the
Prompted Binding
 method generate a prompt.
When prompted material phase binding is set up, the execution of the batch pauses when the transition above the unbound step becomes true.
To manually assign prompted material phase binding to a material phase step
  1. Open
    FactoryTalk Batch View
     and select
    Batches
    .
  2. Select a batch.
  3. In the
    Batch Detail
     display, select a material step.
  4. Select
    Bind
    ftb_vw_bind.
  5. In
    Binding a Material Phase Step
    , select
    Prompt
    .
  6. Select
    OK
    .
