Migrate configuration from BootP-DHCP Tool

The BootP-DHCP Tool and EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool both will be installed with FactoryTalk Linx by default. However, the tools cannot be used at the same time because of port limitations.
The EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool possesses all the functionalities of BootP-DHCP Tool. The configured relation list in BootP-DHCP Tool can be migrated to EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool.
To migrate configuration from BootP-DHCP Tool
  1. From the Windows
    Start
    menu, select
    BootP-DHCP Tool
    .
  2. Go to
    File
    and select
    Save
    as
    to save the current address relation list to a CSV file.
  3. Close the
    BootP-DHCP Tool.
  4. From the Windows
    Start
    menu, select
    EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool
    .
  5. On the
    Configuration
    page, select
    Import
    and find the CSV file just saved.
  6. Select
    Open
    .
  7. (optional) Check the result in the
    Operation Result
    window.
