Manually assign IP

With
EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool
, you can create and maintain a configuration list, that is evaluated when a device provides its MAC address when making a BOOTP/DHCP address assignment request.
Manually input the IP address and MAC address for a device using the
Configuration
 tab.
Prerequisites
  • Select a Network Interface Card (NIC).
  • Complete the Network information on the
    Settings
     tab.
To manually assign IP address for a device
  1. From the
    EtherNet/IP Address Commissioning Tool
    , click
    Configuration
    .
  2. Click
    Add
    , enter all the information in the
    Add Item
     dialog box, and then click
    Yes
    .
    TIP:
    To use the
    Commission from list
     function of the tool, leave the MAC address box empty.
  3. Click
    Yes
     to complete the IP assignment.
