Sequence Id

Description

A number uniquely identifying a Diagnostic Condition state change observable by a subscriber. The number increases by one whenever any Diagnostic Condition entry in the Diagnostic Summary changes its state (including state changes causing a new entry being added to the Summary). The value of the parameter identifies the change that set the current value of the State parameter.
