Submissions Process
Submit your abstract by April 30, 2026. Submissions must include all required information, including speaker names, to be considered.
To ensure a smooth process, have the following ready before completing the form:
- Session Title (100 characters max, including spaces)
- Session Abstract (500 characters max, including spaces)
- Speaker Name, Title, Company, and Email Address
Submissions will be reviewed and evaluated based on educational and training value, unique insights, relevance of subject matter and interest to industrial automation and digital transformation seeking attendees.
Selected speakers will be notified in early June with an opportunity for a final review of information (title, abstract, speaker details, etc.) before sessions are finalized.
Key Dates:
- March 17 – Call for Speakers opens
- April 30 – Call for Speakers closes
- Early June – Selected speakers notified; Final chance to review/edit submission
- June 16 – PartnerNetwork only: If selected, your company must also be signed up as an exhibitor or sponsor by June 16 to maintain your status as a selected speaker
- August – Session catalog opens in conjunction with event registration
- October – Presentations due to Rockwell Automation for content review
