An enabled Windows-linked account shows as disabled

If a
Windows
-linked account is manually enabled in
Windows
, the account continues to appear disabled in
FactoryTalk Administration Console
 or
FactoryTalk View Studio
. The status of the account needs to be re-read into
FactoryTalk Administration Console
 or
FactoryTalk View Studio
 to show properly.
To resolve this issue:
  1. Open
    FactoryTalk Administration Console
     or
    FactoryTalk View Studio
    .
  2. In
    Explorer
    , right-click the
    Windows
    -linked user account and then select
    Properties
    .
  3. In
    Properties
    , select
    OK
    . The account now appears as enabled.
